POLICY SHIPPING AND RETURN

All orders are processed and shipped out 1-2 days after placing order. Please allow 2-3 business days for orders to be delivered. Once orders are shipped we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. If you provide us with an incorrect address you will need to contact us within 24 hrs of placing your order to let us know otherwise you are responsible to pay for additional shipping if you order gets returned to sender. If you have any issues with your products please notice us within the first 12 days of receiving your order and will try our best to resolve the issue. If you need to cancel your order please email us immediately at lashdollinc@gmail.com and we will try to accommodate your request. All sales are final and there are no returns.
